Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MES/EBR Subject Matter Expert to join our SAP Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)**and Electronic Batch Records (EBR), with hands-on experience in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing and quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MES/EBR solution design, implementation, and lifecycle support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in EBR implementations.

• Provide subject matter expertise during system upgrades, migrations, and audits.

• Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems in designing data-driven frameworks to enhance demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics efficiency.

• Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of best practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or related field.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in MES/EBR systems, with at least 4 years in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, etc.).

• Proven experience with electronic batch records, recipe management, and shop floor integration.

• Deep knowledge of system validation, electronic signatures, and audit trails.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules and their integration with MES.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.

• Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data models.

• Knowledge of cloud-based MES solutions.

• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
