Job Description Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and support cost optimization initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading to build the lean culture in shop floor.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and other best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Monitor and report key operational KPIs, and drive corrective actions where needed.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Support digitalization and automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage improvement projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in lean manufacturing.
• Experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies (certification is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
