Job Description Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and support cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading to build the lean culture in shop floor.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and other best practices.
- Identify process gaps and implement effective, sustainable solutions.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor and report key operational KPIs, and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support productivity improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.
- Support digitalization and automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage improvement projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Provide training and guidance to teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in lean manufacturing.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies (certification is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven project management experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
