About the role
Job Description
1.全面负责所在区域临床产品的销售推广、渠道搭建与管理,以及客户开发、维护和服务工作。
2.负责指定区域病理及流式相关仪器与试剂的渠道销售工作,带领渠道合作伙伴达成销售目标, 持续扩大市场份额
3.负责区域内渠道的开发与筛选,建立并维护渠道网络,优化渠道结构,培养渠道能力成长并进行有效管理,提升整体市场覆盖率
4.负责所辖区域的客户拜访,建立稳定良好的客户合作关系网络,协同渠道提升终端客户覆盖
5.准确把握市场动态及发展趋势,制定区域销售策略,指导并推动渠道执行与业务拓展,促进销售业绩持续增长
6.协助相关支持部门推进市场活动、重点项目及日常业务开展,不断提升客户满意度与品牌影响力
7.严格遵循并执行医疗行业及公司相关合规要求和规定,并监督渠道的执行,提升渠道合作规范性与专业性,确保业务在公司政 策和行业要求下稳健开展
Qualifications
1.全日制本科及以上学历,临床医学、医学检验、药学、生物等相关专业优先
2.3年及以上体外诊断(IVD)或医疗行业相关销售经验,具备经销商/渠道管理经验,熟悉临床医疗业务销售流程及渠道模式
3.具备良好的沟通能力与跨部门协作能力,能够有效展开合作及整合资源推动业务进展
4.具备积极主动的工作态度,目标导向明确,具备较强的问题解决能力及执行力
5.拥有成长性思维,善于学习,能够灵活应对变化,持续推动结果落地
