Job Description

• Develop and implement Procurement Strategies that align with Global Procurement objectives and priorities.
• Drive procurement team to meet Global Procurement KPI, Procurement Compliance and Internal Customer Needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and specifications, ensuring timely procurement of goods.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal requirements and company policies, while managing risks associated with the supply chain.
• Recruit, train, and manage lead procurement staffs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment to meet current and future business needs.
• May lead supply chain strategy development and implementation to ensure best cost, optimal inventory, assurance of supply, and materials product generation support for a business.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree or equivalent.
• Typically, 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
• Effective collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills.
