Job Description:

AHMG Cardiology at Celebration:

410 Celebration Place, Suite 300, Celebration, FL 34747

• Monday
• Friday 7am - 5:30pm, four 10 hour days

$5k sign on bonus

• Obtains a complete and current history of the patient and the reason for the exam.
• Performs quality echocardiogram and vascular studies for adequate diagnostic evaluation by the reading physicians.
• Obtains all views required for processing.
• Inputs notes and history at the completion of the exam.
• Inputs data at the completion of the exam.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Checks practitioner orders for accuracy and clarify with offices, floors, or physicians as needed.
• Notifies the floor if the patient has had an echocardiogram within the past six months.
• Utilizes all safety measures provided for the department and individual technologists.
• Always uses two types of patient identifiers, such as name and date of birth.
• Assures proper positioning, technique, and protocol for each exam.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 1+ relevant experience Preferred

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) Required OR Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) RequiredOR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) RequiredOR Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) Required
• Basic Life Support
• CPR Cert (BLS) Required

Pay Range:

$28.68 - $53.35
