We are currently looking for a highly motivated **Student (M/F/D)**to join our Dual Course of Studies – Bachelor of Science, Business Information Technology.

By combining theoretical and practical engineering at the Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University (Campus Gera) and in our company, you can develop extensive qualifications which open up a wide range of career prospects.

Course and contents of the study program

• Apprenticeship contract with Adtran

• Start of studies on October 1st 2025

• Total duration of studies 3 years; 50% of each semester is spent working in the company

• Main subjects of studies involve: Information systems, database technologies, software development and computer systems, Business administration, law, business mathematics, statistics and operations research

• Graduation with Bachelor's thesis

Knowledge, skills and experience required

• A level or similar

• Interest in business administration, mathematics, technology and computers

• Structured and analytical thinking

• Team spirit, communication skills and presentation skills

• Good English skills

Ablauf und Inhalte des Studiums

• Ausbildungsvertrag mit Adtran

• Studienschwerpunkte der Informatikausbildung: Informationssysteme, Datenbanktechnologien, Softwareentwicklung und Rechnersysteme

• Studienschwerpunkte der Wirtschaftslehre: BWL, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Statistik und Operations Research

• Studienabschluss bildet eine Bachelorarbeit

Anforderungen

• Allgemeine, fachgebundene oder Fachhochschulreife

• Interesse an Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Mathematik, Technik und Computern

• Strukturiertes und analytisches Denken

• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Präsentationsstärke

• Gute Englischkenntnisse
