What You’ll Do

- Map and monitor large-scale transformation projects across Federal, provincial ministries in IT, digital services, and communications.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, Assistant Deputy Ministers, and Communications executive across multiple levels of governments.
- Act as a bridge between Adobe and provincial stakeholders, advising leadership on market trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent Adobe at provincial CIO councils, industry associations, and digital government conferences.
- Work with our partners to Identify, pursue, and establish provincial contract vehicles and procurement frameworks that simplify Adobe purchasing.
- Build strong relationships with Systems Integrators and technology partners who have established Adobe practices. Collaborate with partners to package Adobe solutions into integrated offerings aligned with Federal and provincial priorities.
- Work with Adobe’s partner ecosystem team to develop joint go-to-market strategies in the provinces.
- Provide Adobe’s sales and marketing teams with market intelligence, procurement/funding playbooks, and executive mapping to enable future growth.
What You will Need.
- Former senior government experience (e.g., CIO, ADM, or senior director) within a provincial ministry (IT, Communications, or Digital Services) strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Federal and/or provincial procurement processes, funding models, and government structures.
- Established network with senior department or ministry leaders, decision-makers, and influencers across multiple levels of Government.
- Proven track record in business development, government relations, or public sector leadership.
- Strong ability to translate government needs into technology-driven solutions.
- Skilled communicator with ability to evangelize technology vision and build executive trust.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Adobe’s sales, marketing and partner ecosystem.
