The opportunity
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Architect Professional Services to join our team based in Romania or Poland.
As a Senior Enterprise Architect Professional Services, you will guide architecture through the transformation lifecycle. You will build executive confidence, govern design decisions, lead architecture build, and make sure technology choices support long-term value.
The challenge Our clients are undertaking their most ambitious and complex transformations. They need a trusted partner to build clear, end-to-end architectures, manage key development choices, and turn transformation plans into scalable platforms with real impact.
Your challenge is to guide architecture through the transformation lifecycle. You will build customer confidence, govern design decisions, lead architecture build, and make sure technology choices support long-term value.
What you’ll do You will bridge business goals and technical delivery by designing target architectures, planning transitions, and creating decommissioning strategies. Using change management frameworks such as ADKAR, you'll support adoption and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and advance the architectural intent crafted during pre-sales.
- Provide architectural leadership across the transformation lifecycle and guide platform adoption and evolution.
- Convert the success roadmap created during pre-sales into a comprehensive, managed transition plan featuring clear sequencing, decision points, and risk controls.
- Foster and maintain trust in architectural direction, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology collaborators.
- Support licensing and services sales teams to improve sales initiatives.
- Coordinate architectural efforts among delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure build integrity and alignment during execution.
- Lead architecture governance and assurance forums.
- Partner closely with Principal Enterprise Architects, Leadership and pre‑sales teams to ensure lessons learned, build patterns, and reference architectures continually improve future pursuits and delivery outcomes.
- What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience providing enterprise architecture leadership across transformation programmes, from early visioning and pre-sales through delivery, adoption, and platform evolution.
- Strong grounding in TOGAF principles and lifecycle-based architecture governance, applied pragmatically in enterprise environments.
- Broad understanding of digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems.
- The ability to craft compelling narratives that translate architectural choices into business-relevant results
- Experience operating as a trusted architectural advisor
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models, and their implications for enterprise platforms.
- Experience working closely with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity.
- Ability to apply structured change and adoption approaches (including ADKAR) to support the human and organisational aspects of architectural evolution.
- Fluency in English and Romanian/Polish is required. Any other european language would be a plus.
- A collaborative, outcome-focused leadership style, with a relentless focus on value and adoption.
