The Opportunity

As an Engineering Manager for Adobe Express in Bucharest, Romania, you'll oversee a team of passionate engineers developing flawless and creative solutions. What you'll Do

• Lead and direct a group of engineers to successfully develop Adobe Express features

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products

• Determine technical requirements and ensure the highest standards of quality

• Drive the team towards achieving project goals and timelines

• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

What you need to succeed

• Candidates with a degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered

• Proven track record in Engineering Management

• Hands‑on AI/ML experience**-**either through building ML‑powered features, integrating models into production systems, or collaborating closely with ML research teams.

• Strong technical background with experience in software development

• Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering great user experiences.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
