Lead Product Marketing Manager for In Design
The Opportunity:
As a Principal Product Marketing Manager on our dynamic team, you will have a key role in crafting the future of our product marketing strategies. This position offers the chance to lead marketing activities for our innovative products. You will help these products reach their full potential in the market. You will partner with product management, customer marketing, and engineering teams to develop and apply marketing plans aligned with our business goals and values.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take charge of the full marketing strategy for In Design, overseeing both inbound product marketing and outbound go-to-market efforts at a critical time for the product. Inbound, you'll work closely with R&D to develop the AI and GenAI roadmap — setting positioning for intelligent layout, generative creation, and assisted workflows that are changing the way creative professionals function. Outbound, you'll manage launch strategy, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-channel storytelling that deliver these capabilities to designers, publishers, and creative teams. You'll coordinate with Pricing, Creative Cloud leadership, and channel partners to grow adoption, increase monetization of premium AI features, and position In Design as the intelligent layout and publishing platform for the future of design.
Requirements for Success
You bring 12+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong record in creative tools, SaaS, or AI products. You have led launches end-to-end. You move fluidly between strategic positioning and hands-on execution. You have sharp instincts for translating complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value for users. You understand how to position GenAI features competitively. This includes making smart calls on packaging and monetization. You partner credibly with R&D and influence product direction, not just market it. You bring strong storytelling skills and deep curiosity about how AI reshapes creative workflows. You also have proficiency in modern GTM motions like community, creator marketing, and product-led growth.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
