The Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic program leader to develop the future direction of Adobe’s Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization. This role will lead enablement, capability building, and transformation within our Global Talent Acquisition Operations (GTAO) team. It ensures major initiatives result in lasting skills, behaviors, and working methods for our talent acquisition teams.
The right candidate brings an outstanding blend of recruiting experience, program leadership, and enablement strategy. They understand the realities of the recruiting lifecycle and can translate transformation initiatives into practical, scalable programs that help recruiters drive lasting, strategic impact for the business.
What you'll do
-
Lead and develop important transformation projects, such as the GTA Advisor and Global Onboarding programs. Ensure our talent acquisition teams have the skills, tools, and stories required to act as strategic talent advisors.
-
Lead cross-functional programs that strengthen TA capability in areas such as advisory influence, data storytelling, and strategic partnership with the business.
-
Build scalable enablement frameworks that connect initiatives across the hiring lifecycle and translate change into practical learning, capability development, and behavioral adoption.
-
Partner closely with senior GTA leadership and cross-functional teams across Employee Experience (EX). These teams include Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Global Mobility, Internal Mobility, and Talent Marketing. Work together to ensure initiatives impacting GTA are introduced, understood, and adopted effectively.
-
Translate complex organizational initiatives into clear messaging, enablement resources, and practical mentorship for talent acquisition and hiring teams.
-
Establish program success indicators and assess impact through adoption, behavioral changes, and business results.
-
Ensure enablement efforts strengthen Adobe’s broader hiring narrative and evolving TA operating model, while managing and developing additional capability programs that support the GTA Advisor vision.
What you need to succeed
-
Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or HR program management, preferably within large international companies
-
Previous experience working within a talent acquisition function (e.g., full-cycle recruiting) with a solid understanding of recruiter workflows and hiring challenges.
-
Executive presence and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, work closely with HR and talent acquisition teams, and ensure alignment across complex initiatives.
-
Experience developing and growing enablement programs to aid organizational change, build capabilities, and transform operations. Skilled at converting complex initiatives into straightforward strategies for frontline talent acquisition teams.
-
A data-informed approach, with experience defining success metrics and using insights to measure adoption, improve enablement efficiency, and guide program decisions.
-
Comfort and curiosity with AI-enabled tools in recruiting or HR, with the ability to translate AI concepts into practical, ethical, and role-relevant mentorship for non-technical audiences.
-
Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast paced transformation environment
