The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst and be at the forefront of building our sales strategy and motion for our AI-first emerging solutions and innovation. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales to build a repeatable, baseline motion so our innovation can reach scale. You will partner closely with sales leaders to evaluate messaging, product readiness, ecosystem and sales execution gaps, developing plans and benchmarks to drive toward success. You will be pivotal in advancing the GTM of this solution group and integrating AI efficiency into our sales operations.
What you'll Do
- Use strong business judgment to conduct analysis on solution performance, partner with sales leaders to build solution-specific action plans to ensure we meet our company goals, and drive accountability for execution.
- Own the cadence and run the business for your solution group, focusing on flawless execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Adobe's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and achieve world-class results.
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational challenges efficiently, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Successfully implement AI efficiency and infrastructure to streamline current sales operations processes.
What you need to succeed

Strong business acumen and ability to diagnose health of the business

Proven strength in leading cross-functional problem solving and program management and in navigating ambiguity.

Strong operational background, comfortable with ambiguity and deep on product go-to-market strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage data to influence decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Strong AI proficiency.

MBA preferred, but not required.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 -- $220,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $152,400 - $220,650 In New York, the pay range for this position is $152,400 - $220,650
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
