We want an experienced Named Account Manager for India with strong business insights and a proven record in selling to mid-large enterprise customers and collaborating with channel partners. Your strategic vision and new perspective will be crucial to growing our footprint in the mid-large enterprise customer segment by selling our complete Digital Media portfolio.
What you will do:
As the Named Account Manager, you will deliver:
- Focus on improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and collaboration across our sales teams.
Be responsible to
- Deliver to an assigned Sales quota from a predefined set of accounts (Territory) for the fiscal year with quarterly predictability.
- Manage pipeline, and forecast accurately.
- Build, maintain, and complete the Territory plan.
- Execute per the sales strategy by leveraging the Channel ecosystem.
- Build and maintain key C-Level relationships across customers.
- Consistently reinforce the importance of Adobe's Core Values.
What you need to succeed:
- A strong people leader who can encourage, motivate, and lead a complex organization.
- Ability to develop, communicate, and present new ideas and proposals.
- Highly quantitative and analytical skills to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.
- Postgraduate with over 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management.
- Dedicated and motivated with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Expectations from Named Account Manager:
Grow the territory & deliver to the quarterly quota expectations.
Articulate business strategy and develop processes, systems, and structures to ensure balanced performance.
Deliver outstanding business results and customer experiences by driving a customer first mindset & demonstrating it in every customer engagement.
