This leader will own the end-to-end growth strategy across the desktop product experience and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance.

This role requires deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and data-driven product decision-making, combined with strong product intuition and customer empathy.

Growth Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and lead the growth strategy

  • Identify high-impact growth opportunities using data, research, and experimentation.

  • Own and prioritize a growth roadmap tied to clear business impact.

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Build and scale an experimentation culture within the team.

  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments across onboarding, feature discovery, pricing/packaging, and retention.

  • Establish guidelines for statistical rigor, guardrail metrics, and experiment governance.

  • Drive rapid test-and-learn cycles

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work in close coordination with:

  • Engineering to implement experimentation infrastructure

  • Design & UX Research to optimize onboarding and feature discovery

  • Marketing to align product growth levers with acquisition strategies

  • Finance & Data Sciences to quantify business impact

Customer & Market Insights

  • Develop a deep understanding of video creators across segments (beginners to professionals)

  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify friction points in the user journey

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Product Management, with significant focus on growth, experimentation, or optimization

  • Proven experience leading experimentation programs at scale (split testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization)

  • Experience working on desktop software, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred

  • Experience in creative tools, creator economy, or pro-sumer products is a strong plus

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority

  • Track record of shipping measurable growth impact

  • Ability to mentor teams on experimentation guidelines
