Role Description We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices, and a security-aware attitude. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basics and is ready to take ownership of components within a modern cloud and hybrid infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers, security teams, and application developers to build reliable, automated, and secure delivery pipelines.

• Key Responsibilities**- Support and operate** cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Work with Kubernetes clusters for application deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Implement and follow Git Ops practices using tools like Argo CD.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Assist with configuration management and automation using Salt Stack and scripting.
• Embed basic security checks into CI/CD pipelines (Dev Sec Ops practices).
• Help manage secrets, access policies, and secure configurations.
• Solve infrastructure and deployment issues and participate in incident resolution.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and clearly communicate technical issues and solutions.
  Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills- 4- 6 years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, services, basic solving).
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
• Exposure to Git Ops tools such as Argo CD.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language — Java preferred.
• Working experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with Salt Stack or similar automation/configuration tools.
• Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.).
  Security Outlook (Good to have)-Dev Sec Ops practices and secure SDLC concepts.
• Understanding of container security basics and secure configurations.
• Willingness to learn and adopt security-first engineering practices.
  Soft Skills- Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ownership of assigned components and eagerness to learn.
