Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is the Adobe solution that helps customers to centralize and standardize their customer data and content across the enterprise powering 360-degree customer profiles, enabling data science and data governance to drive real-time personalized experiences. With Experience Platform, enterprises will be able to apply completely coordinated marketing and analytics solutions for driving meaningful customer interactions.

We help thousands of customers collect, manage and synthesize petabytes of data with high fidelity and velocity. We help them make sense of that data, get insights and run algorithms, so they can deliver fabulous experiences in real-time, every time. What you’ll do:

• Create the future Adobe products by guiding agile engineering teams in developing complex features in a large-scale, multi-cloud microservices SaaS product

• Own the outcome by taking the initiative and ownership for the product design and delivery efforts while always guiding the team on optimizing for quality, scalability and performance

• Raise the bar by driving continuous innovation and finding new solutions for addressing complex distributed systems challenges

• Be genuine and humble, serve as a mentor, foster a collaborative environment and encourage and guide team members by being honest and direct

• Focus on impactful solution over perfection

• Collaborate extensively within and across various teams, products and domains

• Act with clarity and precision, ensuring projects are driven with a strong sense of ownership and direction

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience managing or leading development teams through full product delivery cycles

• 8+ years of proven experience

• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and software design patterns and have experience leading significant software projects/products

• Demonstrated success building world class applications that can handle millions of events per hour

• Expertise in one or more programming languages

• Some Expertise in SQL DB, No-SQL DB, Web Services, Data Intensive applications, Big Data Processing pipelines

• Practical knowledge with cloud based technologies such as virtualization and containers

• Experience with Agile Software Development techniques

• Excellent English / written and verbal communication skills

• Experience of working in a global environment and of managing global teams

• Nice to have: Advertising, Web Services or Big Data background
