As a Sr Experience Designer, you will be part of the Design team at Adobe. You will work on challenging problems and contribute to the company's mission.

• Mentor junior designers and provide feedback
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Develop design systems and component libraries
• Advocate for user needs throughout the product process
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Experience with responsive and mobile design
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Understanding of accessibility standards
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
