The Opportunity
The Adobe Security organization is seeking a highly technical Senior Security Technical Program Manager to lead complex, engineering‑heavy programs that strengthen our Product and Software Security posture. Our ideal candidate has superb communication and relationship-building skills and a solid track record of driving business outcomes through the management of large programs. This role requires strong technical proficiency across application security, cloud security, secure development practices, vulnerability management, threat modeling, security automation, and security tooling. If you excel at navigating complexity with multiple internal customers, a master planner who helps teams foresee challenges and risks and guides them through it, and you are enthusiastic for using AI to optimize security workflows or solve challenging security problems, we can't wait for you to join our Security PMO team!
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with security program participants, lead and monitor the health and execution of several complex programs with insights into status, risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and budget.
- Manage programs to strengthen Adobe's vulnerability management ecosystem across applications, infrastructure, and cloud assets.
- Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes for high-priority programs through clear planning, execution, partnership, and communication.
- Make things easier for all collaborators of your program by driving simplicity, clarity, and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
- Reduce program risk by proactively identifying, communicating, and removing roadblocks.
- Build trust through visibility. Provide accurate and timely data-driven status reports for a broad audience and lead executive governance meetings.
- Effectively handle program financials, including financial forecasts.
What You Need to Succeed
- Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both engineers and executives in meetings, presentations, and through writing.
- Excel at building strong and trusted partner relationships.
- 7+ years as a program manager in the security domain with wide expertise in application and infrastructure security.
- Experienced in managing vulnerability management programs, familiar with ticketing workflows and data pipelines.
- Knowledgeable about threat modeling, code scanning, secure coding, security reviews, and secrets management.
- Practical experience applying AI/ML to security program challenges—such as automating vulnerability triage, predicting remediation priority, or solving similar security problems.
- Demonstrated success in program management from concept, planning to execution, reporting, and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills to thoroughly understand and interpret the customers' business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Basic financial competence to support program budget forecasting, tracking and variance analysis.
- Proven Agile practice experience in software projects and savvy with Jira (including query and dashboarding), O365 Suite, MS Teams, Share Point, MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2, and PCI DSS.
