Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various business applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of software components.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
