What would you do? Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent.
Team Management: should have managed a large team size of minimum 40 employees.
Client facing : This is a client facing role and should have good comms skill and should have analytical knowledge
Presentation: Should be good at presenting and preparing presentations
Real-Time Monitoring: Track live operations, identify variance and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse trends in customer verification, generate reports, and provide insights for process enhancements.
Incident Management: Respond to emergencies, coordinate resolutions and escalate critical incidents to appropriate stakeholders.
Compliance as a Service (CaaS) refers to outsourced services that help organizations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes monitoring, managing, and reporting compliance activities to ensure that the company meets legal and ethical obligations. CaaS providers offer expertise and tools to simplify and streamline compliance processes. Knowledge of AML-KYC, Sanction Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud Management & Regulatory Compliance.
Communication & Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between teams, escalating concerns when necessary.
System & Process Optimization: Work on automation and refinement of existing process to enhance productivity.
Stakeholders Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between various teams, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
What are we looking for? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and other Microsoft applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and decision -making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
- May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
- Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
- Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
- Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
