  What would you do? The role involves auditing advisor interactions across multiple channels and reporting deviations related to agents, processes, systems, or technology. It also includes recommending process improvements to the Transformation team. Key skills required are MS Excel proficiency, analytical ability, and a strong understanding of quality culture.
