🛠️ What you’ll do

• Support the development, training, and evaluation of machine learning and AI models
• Assist in data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to ensure high‑quality inputs
• Identify and document business use cases and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Help build, maintain, and monitor ML pipelines and AI infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
• Support the automation of workflows using CI/CD tools and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Document experiments, architectures, and workflows in a clear and structured way
• Track KPIs to measure the business impact of AI initiatives
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, trends, and techniques
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and team discussions

🎓 What we’re looking for

Education

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience

• Any relevant experience (internships, thesis, or first professional role) in data, AI, or consulting

Technical skills

• Solid foundation in Python
• Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of French or Dutch

Mindset

• Analytical and problem‑solving oriented
• Able to translate business needs into technical concepts
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and share knowledge
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude

✨ Bonus points if you have

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or low‑code platforms
• Exposure to Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, or Airflow
• Participation in hackathons, AI competitions, or personal GitHub projects
• Internship experience in consulting, analytics, or stakeholder‑facing roles
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working

📜 Certifications (nice to have)

• AI Fundamentals (Microsoft, Google, or AWS)
• Azure AI or Cloud entry‑level certifications
• Docker / Kubernetes introductory certifications
• Deep Learning.AI or Tensor Flow Developer Certificate
• Entry‑level Business Analysis (ECBA) or basic Scrum training
