🧠 Platform Expertise

• Act as SME across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), and EA modules
• Provide best practice guidance to design and build teams

🔍 Quality Assurance

• Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs
• Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and standards

🧩 Technical & Data Validation

• Review CMDB structure, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models
• Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations
• Support complex decisions across module intersections

🤝 Delivery Support

• Support UAT defect triage and prioritization
• Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns

🚀 Go-Live & Transition

• Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness
• Support hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams

Qualifications

🎓 8+ years of experience in Service Now implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
🌐 Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
