Project Role Description: Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:

As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions that align the product strategy with customer expectations, while also adapting to evolving market trends and user feedback.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather insights and foster innovation.
• Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Agile Program Management, Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
• Ability to prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business value.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Software Product Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
