How you will make an impact

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to an AI engineering team, shaping architecture, best practices, and delivery standards.

• Own the end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, including backend APIs, front-end integrations, and advanced GenAI workflows.

• Design and build scalable, production-grade REST APIs in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and integrate them with modern web interfaces (React, Next.js, Vue).

• Architect LLM- and agent-based systems using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, and Haystack, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance.

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) to support retrieval-augmented intelligence at scale.

• Apply advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and adaptation techniques (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning) to elevate model reasoning, accuracy, and controllability.

• Deploy, scale, and monitor AI workloads on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containers, orchestrators, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi).

• Implement DevOps and AIOps best practices, ensuring strong observability, CI/CD automation, and production reliability for AI systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack, championing code quality and engineering excellence.

What You Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a senior AI Full-Stack Engineer and technical leader who can architect, build, and drive the delivery of next-generation Generative AI and agentic systems.You should bring deep Python engineering expertise,modern front-end skills, and strong knowledge of cloud, DevOps/AIOps, and LLM-driven application design.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of software engineering, AI innovation, and technical leadership, combining:

• expert-level backend development in Python

• hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks

• the ability to guide technical direction, mentor teammates, and uphold engineering excellence

• a track record of designing scalable, reliable, production-ready AI systems
