As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with colleagues to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment questions that align with certification standards, ensuring that the training provided is both relevant and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience in developing training materials and assessments.
• Ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Familiarity with various learning management systems and digital training tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
