Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive project success, adapting to challenges and ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and operations.
• Manage client relationships, act as the primary escalation point, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive agile or hybrid delivery methodologies across teams.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team utilization.
• Conduct regular project reviews, sprint planning, and status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and best practices.
• Mentor and coach project managers, team leads, and delivery teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
  -Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and product owners for requirements gathering and removing ambiguity
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
