Summary:

As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and managing software systems effectively.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
