Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications developed align with the strategic goals of the organization. Additionally, you will participate in testing and validation processes to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications, contributing to a seamless user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques relevant to Workday.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
