Summary:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Japanese Language.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
