Your Mission

Be both a hands-on builder and a strategic leader, design code, and deploy intelligent agents that transform how organizations operate, while shaping scalable platforms and governance for enterprise adoption.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement memory system (episodic, semantic, procedural, long-term) using vector databases, knowledge graphs, and RAG’s Pipelines.

  • Integrate agents with enterprise APIS, SaaS tools (Servicenow, Salesforce, SAP, etc..) and multi-source data layers (structured and unstructured).

  • Develop end to end prototypes and production, from model tuning to backend and UI integration.

  • Apply Agent Ops and MLOps: versioning, evaluation, observavility, security, and guardrails for reliable deployment.

  • Define agentic architectures and reusable components and accelerate cross client adoption

  • Collaborate directly with clients, translante business goals into working code and measurable outcomes.

  • Contribute to the engineering community by codifying patterns, frameworks, and acceletors

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering client facing experience.

  • 2+ years in Generative AI, 1+ year building and deploying agentic or multi-agent systems

  • Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Proven experience in API integration, RAG’s pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.

  • Understanding of memory engineering, data layer design, and multi-agent coordination.

  • Solid graps of security, Responsible AI, and enterprise-grade scalability.

  • Strong communication and delivery skills with both technical and executive audiences.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience designing Agents Marketplaces or Agent Ops platforms.

  • Publications, patents, or open source contributions in Generative or Agentic AI.

  • Familiarity with concepts from Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Levels of agency, memory orchestration, multi-agent collaboration).
