Summary:

As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing control, precision, and data integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. The position requires driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in testing outcomes across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks to enhance automation efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable test automation solutions.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and test management tools relevant to Service Now environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
