The SAP Capex SME is responsible for Capital Expenditure lifecycle management, covering **engineer-to-account (A2R)**processes using SAP Project System (PS) and Asset Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CAPEX processes from budgeting to capitalization
• Configure and support:
• SAP Project System (WBS, networks, settlements)
• Asset Accounting (AUC, capitalization, depreciation)
• Integrate PS with FI, MM, and CO
• Support project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Work with business stakeholders on capital governance and approvals
• Support data migration, testing, and cutover for PS and assets

Required Skills & Expertise

• SAP Project System (PS)
• Asset Accounting (FI-AA) including AUC
• Capex budgeting, settlement, and capitalization flows
• CO integration (Internal Orders, Cost Centers)
• Strong A2R process knowledge
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Accounting innovations

Experience Profile

• 7–12 years SAP Finance / PS experience
• Hands-on experience in CAPEX-heavy environments
• At least 1–2 SAP S/4HANA implementations involving PS
• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects preferred
