Summary:

As an AI/ML technical lead, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve applying CCAI and GenAI models as part of the solution, utilizing deep learning, neural networks and chatbots.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configures and manages Dialogflow intents, entities, and contexts
• Develops playbooks to handle escalation paths, fallback responses, NLP Training.
• Ensures integration with CCAI components for consistent bot behavior across UHG.
• Partners with the prompt engineer and CX specialist to ensure cohesive dialog design
• Crafts engaging, user-centric prompts/ steering bot to drive intuitive and effective CX
• Iterates on prompt designs based on Optum Input/ feedback
• Works closely with the team and CX specialist to ensure prompts align with Optum persona
• Collaborates with Dialogflow specialists to map prompts to intents and entities and NLP refinement

Professional & Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Dialog Flow CX / CCAI
2. Ability to refine prompts for AI/LLM-based responses1
3. Version Control: Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows (Good to have) (optional)
4. API creation/ integration

Additional Information:

? The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Machine Learning Services/Gen AI/Vertex AI/CCAI.
? The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
