Project Role Description: Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:

As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing and developing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that processes are continuously monitored and refined over time to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Document process flows and create visual representations to communicate ideas effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Info Path.
• Strong understanding of workflow design and process optimization.
• Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Info Path.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
