Summary:

As a Product Management Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, building strong partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of products, balancing quality and speed to market while adapting to changing priorities and market demands. Your role will require you to navigate complex challenges and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving among team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Development Management.
• Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Own and refine the product vision and scope emerging from the discovery phase.
• Define product capabilities, user journeys, and success metrics.
• Drive roadmap articulation, prioritization, and backlog shaping in collaboration with business and engineering
  teams.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Product Development Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
