As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases of the product lifecycle. Daily activities may include collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of software components, troubleshooting issues that arise during development, and continuously refining processes to enhance system performance and reliability. • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing customized marketing automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and campaign management within marketing platforms.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and data management techniques relevant to marketing cloud environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing marketing cloud solutions to meet business objectives.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
