Job Overview

A T&E SII agent within CL 12 -Accurately recorded tax and financial data from expense receipts to ensure compliance with corporate reporting and 'My Timeand Expenses' documentation requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Data entry

· Communication with the employees

· Expense account management

· Analytics profile

· Policy expertise.

Relationships

· Reports to: T&E Audit Tema Lead (CL10)

· Supervises: T&E Audit Specialist (CL9)

· External relationships: CRM team members, T&E team members, Management teams member, Accenture’s employees under BA´s scope.

Qualifications

Education: Finance (not exclusive)

· Work experience: not required. Nice to have = client support

Specific skills:

o Analytic view

o Good communication

o Teamwork

Language:

Portugues: Higt level and/or

English: nice to have intermediate/basic level and/or

French: nice to have intermediate/basic level and/or

Italian: nice to have intermediate/basic level
