Summary:

You will be responsible for supporting the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Program Project Management to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Resource Management and understanding of headcount analysis and planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, utilizing reporting design and development skills to effectively communicate project progress and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Program Project Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience in Power BI, Reporting Design & Development.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in project management, business administration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and services.
