Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and integration within human capital management systems.
• Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing end-to-end delivery of technology projects with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll and employee central modules.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
