Overview

In this position, you will oversee the delivery of payroll solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and drive end-to-end optimization of payroll operations. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, guide and develop team members, and play a key role in decisions affecting both project-level and wider organizational outcomes. The role demands deep expertise in SAP Success Factors ECP Payroll, strong capabilities in process design and implementation, and proven leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP Success Factors ECP Payroll implementations to ensure business requirements are met.

• Analyze existing payroll processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Design or enhance organizational structures to improve payroll effectiveness and efficiency.

• Establish and implement payroll best practices to support compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.

• Ensure payroll solutions are aligned with business goals and integrated smoothly with existing systems.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and drive alignment.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support sound decision-making and issue resolution.

• Develop and deliver clear project status updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and engagement.

• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen payroll, implementation, and process expertise.

• Address complex challenges impacting multiple teams and business areas with effective solutions.

• Promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Track and monitor project outcomes to ensure on-time and successful delivery.

• Manage resources efficiently to achieve project objectives and key milestones.

Job Qualifications

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors ECP Payroll implementation and configuration.

• Advanced expertise in SAP ECP Payroll, including configuration and customization.

• Strong understanding of business process design and implementation frameworks.

• Knowledge of payroll compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage teams, and drive effective decision-making.

Certifications: SAP Success Factors ECP Payroll certification is highly desirable.
