Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and user interface design principles.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
