You Are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You're in your element using your know-how to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems.

The Work:

• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP.

• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.

• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).

• Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given.

• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs.

• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.

• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.

• Participate in projects programs focused on delivering agreed business outcomes for our client.

• Deliver quality functional application designs and ensure SAP technology business changes represent business requirements.

• This role requires to be in the Montreal office 3 days per week.

Here's what you need:

• Minimum 3 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 6 years of equivalent industry experience.

• Minimum 2 years of SAP ISU Billing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

• Must be fully bilingual (English/French)

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

• You've got external consulting experience.

• You have experience with SAP Application Maintenance Services, long term contracts.

• You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objectives, and configure the solution and tools.

• You're an ace at managing and delivering projects.

• You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
