Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and operate Delinea Secret Server solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of privileged accounts and credentials. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Delinea Secret Server, along with expertise in privileged access management (PAM), troubleshooting, and production support

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Manage the day-to-day operations of the Secret Server, including user provisioning, vault management, and policy enforcement.
-Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to privileged access, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of incidents.
-Develop and enforce policies for privileged account management, credential rotation, and session monitoring.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Delinea Secret Server with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and infrastructure.
-Provide production support, resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents, and deliver service activity reports.

Professional & Technical Skills:

-Proven experience in managing and operating Delinea Secret Server or similar PAM solutions (e.g., Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Hashi Corp Vault).
-Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) principles, credential vaulting, and session monitoring.
-Hands-on experience with the following:
-Policy creation and enforcement for privileged accounts
-Onboarding of Domain accounts, Linux accounts, Windows Local accounts etc. to Delinea Secret Server
-Integration with web portals like Azure, AWS etc.
-Creation of Folders & Secrets and assigning permissions and roles
-Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP and UNIX/Linux Servers
-Experienced in managing and resolving incidents, service requests, and changing tasks through ITSM tools, ensuring timely response, accurate documentation, effective prioritization, and adherence to SLA and ITIL processes.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisions related to PAM operations.
-Quick learner, team player, and self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies and engage in cross-skilling and upskilling.
-Certifications in PAM tools or security (e.g., Delinea, Cyber Ark, CISSP) are a plus.
-Experience in managing large-scale PAM operations is highly preferred.
-This position is based in multiple locations across India.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
