As an Azure Data Engineer at Accenture, you will have an opportunity to define a new pattern for building, deploying, and supporting data cloud services within Azure environment.

Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases in Azure environment
• Data ingestion, transformation and modeling for enterprise grade data platforms
• Perform data migration processes to or from Azure environment
• Data modeling for reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate level of SQL and Python or Py Spark development
• 3+ years in data engineering with Azure platform
• Understanding of SQL optimization best practices
• Understanding of data quality principles and best practices
• Proven understanding of Azure cloud principles
• Experience in development and administration of ETL processes in Azure cloud environment
• Due to project requirements, candidates must currently hold EU work permit and be available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics
• Azure Data Engineering Associate certification
• Understanding of modern data architecture principles (e.g. delta lake, data mesh)
• Experience with master data management scope of work
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure operations and optimization
