Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies. The role requires envisioning innovative solutions to enhance testing processes and ensuring the overall quality of software products. This position also involves guiding teams through complex challenges and aligning testing strategies with organizational goals to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing practices across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
• Strong expertise in designing and deploying automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with integration of robotic process automation tools within quality engineering workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to automation and testing.
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
