Summary:

As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that software configurations align with business process designs and application requirements. You will assist in designing software configurations and customizations, ensuring that they meet the necessary standards and specifications. Engaging with stakeholders, you will contribute to the overall success of the project by providing insights and solutions to configuration challenges, while also documenting processes and maintaining configuration records to support ongoing development efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration management processes and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based in Pune.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
