Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Developer / Architect for our dynamically growing Service Now consulting team, who will provide technical expertise internally and externally, and lead Service Now implementation projects. Our new colleague will be responsible for driving the customization and rollout of our clients' Service Now platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the technical implementation of Service Now solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features.

• Architect and design scalable and robust Service Now solutions.

• Provide advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities.

• Ensure adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices.

• Understand complex business needs and help standardize processes in design and deliverables.

• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of experience in Service Now development and architecture.

• Deep expertise of at least one Service Now module; experience with several modules is an advantage.

• Multiple Service Now certifications.

• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Leadership and mentoring skills.
