Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. This role requires capturing high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also involves translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by preparing detailed business cases and steering the implementation of critical projects forms an essential part of daily activities. Collaboration across various teams and continuous engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress are key aspects of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong capability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in developing and documenting business architectures and operating models.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse teams effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
